We take reasonable care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Archived articles reflect the position at their original publication date. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any content, tool or service without notice.

Our calculators, checkers and trackers produce indicative results only, based on the assumptions and inputs supplied. You may read, print and share individual pages for your own business use. You may quote short extracts provided you attribute them to Property Business Insights and link to the original page. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, systematically copy or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

9. External links and third-party services

We link to third-party websites, sources and services for convenience. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, availability, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

10. Advertising, sponsorship, affiliate and referral relationships

This site carries advertising and sponsorship, and we may enter into affiliate, referral or qualified-lead arrangements. We may receive payment when a reader is introduced to a provider. Commercial relationships do not guarantee favourable editorial coverage, and paid or commercially arranged material is labelled or disclosed. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and because this site is provided for business users: we exclude all implied warranties and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law; we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in connection with the site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to £100 or, if greater, any amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
